Article 1 : Definition

These are the general terms of sale that apply by Art-Antiquité-Formation on the site: the definitive upload of written courses on Ceramics, French Furniture, Art Nouveau Art Déco, French silverware. The general terms of sale implies complete adhesion to the exclusion of any other condition.

Our terms and conditions may occasionally need to be updated. It is your responsibility to be aware of such changes which will take effect when posted.

Article 2 : Protection of the site

When using Art-Antiquité-Formation Site you agree not to do anything which will or might damage the site.

Without authorization, any representation, reproduction, change, commercial use, total or part, of the different elements of the site is forbidden and expose you to prosecution. These general terms of sale don’t give the authorization to represent, duplicate, modify, or use commercially the different elements of the site.

Article 3 : Variation of services

Art-Antiquité-Formation reserves the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to modify the services or the content supplied in connection of the service of which page of the sites and won’t be responsible of any damages that might result.

Article 4 : Availability of the services

Services are normally available 24hrs a day, seven days a week, all the year round.

Article 5 : Customers

The services proposed Art-Antiquité-Formation are reserved to juridically capable adults over the age of 18  or to minors having a parental authorization giving them the right to order on the site.

Article 6 : Creation of an account

The customer must create an account for ordering on the site.

The elements are confidential.

The customer will be responsible of the use’s consequences of his account himself until his deactivate.

Trying to substitute a password or a name is forbidden.
Personal information will be required to the customer in order to continue his subscription (data, name, address, e-mail…). The customer signs up to give true and honest  information and to inform Art-Antiquité-Formation of any change of his information.

After he gave the required information, the customer can pay his article. A recap of the given information is presented to the customer and a message invites him to consult the general terms of sales of the site Art-Antiquité-Formation. The same message is showing when clicking on « Buy », he recognizes implicitly being cognizant and having accepted the general terms of sale and the general terms of use of the site Art-Antiquité-Formation. An e-mail of confirmation is sent to the customer when the order is paid

Article 7 : Refunds

The customer can still cancel his order until the validation of his required payment on the next page.

After the validation of the payment, the cusomer will receive immediatly a password allowing him to download the courses. The customer will also receive by e-mail the confirmation of his order.

Article 8 : Payment

The payment shall be made via paypal. Then it is possible to pay by credit card or via a paypal account.

Art-antiquite-formation never has the personal bank details of the buyer.

Article 9 : Price

The payment shall be made integrally at the order.

The communication expenses related to the use of services proposed par Art-Antiquité-Formation is left the responsibility of the customer.

Article 10 : Intellectual property rights

You agree that all these materials may not copy, modify, alter, publish, broadcast, distribute, sell or transfer. All these materials are protected by the Intellectual Property Rights. They are reserved to the family cadre.

Article 11 : Conditions of use for the download recording

The recording download by the customer are PDF files protected by national and international clauses.

Their use shall only be done in the private cadre.

The customer won’t get round or detract the technical control of use for the download recording.

Article 12 : Personal information

The information collected about customers during the creation of his account, then during his order are intended to Art-Antiquité-Formation. Art-Antiquité-Formation reserves the right to pass the information to others.

The customer has access to his information, the right to rectify or complete them, the right to be against their transmission to others without being charged.

Article 13 : Responsability

The customer recognizes the limits of the internet. In these conditions :

Art-Antiquité-Formation is not responsible of the internet limits and contention on the telecommunications network. The speed may vary from time to time. In addition the speed and limitations of your chosen access Equipment may affect the Transmission Speed. Art-Antiquité-Formation does not accept responsibility of line speed.

Art-Antiquité-Formation does not guarantee security and strongly recommends that you make used security products such as personal firewalls and Anti-Virus. Art-Antiquité-Formation does not accept the responsibility of any kind of contamination.

The customer is responsible himself of maintenance and repairs of his necessary technical equipment to have access to the site. Art-Antiquité-Formation does not accept the responsibility if the service proposed by the Site is incompatible or presents dysfonction with some softwares, programs, exploitation system or equipment of the customer.

The responsibility of Art-Antiquité-Formation for failure in the execution of her issue’s obligation will be limited to the price of the order.

The customer is responsible himself for the use of the services. Art-Antiquité-Formation does not accept the responsibility for any kind of claims or proceedings.

Article 14 : Deactivation of the customer's account

Art-Antiquité-Formation reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice to deactivate the customer’s account in the following cases :

• no respect of the general terms of use and general terms of sale
• the no payment of the amount due
• acts opposite to the interests of Art-Antiquité-Formation
